As more and more clients use these packages they are upgraded with the
modifications and improvements that our clients suggest.
SUPPORT
At Baker Heath there are no answer machines, you get straight through to
support. A programmer answers your call and will be able to help
you.
INSTALLATION AND
TRAINING
When you purchase one of our packages you may opt for an on-site
installation or an installation over the internet. After the
installation you will be given training to get you started. Of
course you may want help again later so all need to do is contact
support for more training.
COST
Our software products are paid for by a small monthly, quarterly or
annual charge. This pays for the product, the updates and the
support. This ensures that we are always eager to keep you happily
using our software because we do not tie you in with any agreements at
